Call out: A New Working Class Writers’ Collective

October 14, 2019

Do you want to join a working class writers’s collective in the South-East to share, showcase, celebrate and support writing by people from working class backgrounds?

If so, please get in touch to express your interest.

In the first instance, we will organise a meeting in the autumn so we can come together and discuss aims and intentions for this new group. Initially, the idea is that it will be wider than a writing group; more of a call to arms to get work seen and read in a supportive environment, but also a chance to organise events and activities to bring working class writing out of the margins and on to the centre of the page with the support of New Writing South. Email us to get involved.
