Rob Young has been a full-time writer since 1998. His first feature, Miranda, starred Christina Ricci and won the Audience Award at London’s Raindance Film Festival. He has since been commissioned to write feature screenplays for BBC Films, FIlmfour and Working Title, as well as TV scripts for the BBC, Channel 4, Baby Cow and Sony.
Rob has written 13 theatre shows, which had excellent reviews in the national press and original drama for Radio 4.
As a reader, Rob has written reports on over 2,000 scripts and was a BAFTA screenplay judge. “A fascinating playwright”, The Times.
