Jubilee Library would like to commission a programmer/events manager, from the local community, with sanctuary seeking experience to create and run 3 events in libraries during Refugee Week June 20th – 26th. Organisations who work with sanctuary seekers can also apply for the position if they work with their service users to deliver the programming/events.

This is a freelance position of 8 days’ work at £180 per day with a small budget to support the 3 events, one of which should be aimed at families and children. Whoever is successful in getting this role will be given support by the library service. To be eligible to take up this opportunity you will need to have permission to work in the UK.
