The Writers in Prisons Network promotes creative writing and reading across the prison system through a programme of writers’ residencies. The initiative runs in partnership with the Home Office and the Prison Service.

Script
SCRIPT aims to discover and develop West Midlands writers to the point
where they can work professionally. SCRIPT offers services to writers at
all levels from earliest aspirant stages through to first commission and
beyond. These services include script reading, workshops, writer development
programmes and a monthly newsletter. SCRIPT works with writers for all dramatic
media – stage, screen and radio.
